Vintage Quaker cereal premium Cap'n Crunch Balloon Car toy prize Yellow plastic.
Blow up a baloon, put baloon opening over the opening in the back and the car takes off!
These were lots of fun when we were kids. They dont give kids toys in cereal anymore.

I recycle packaging and boxes for my shipping.  I make sure it is all clean and in sturdy condition.  I pack my things the way I'd like them shipped to me when I'm buying on ebay.
