This is a vintage cereal box prize called "The Magic Age Trick".
The audience thinks up an age from 1-60, picks up only the cards from the table with that age and hands them to you. Through magic you guess their answer.
The cards measure 3.5" x 2.5".
They are in great pre-owned condition.
